Aaron Erickson, “Ananda Das”, is truly what his name implies- a blissful servant of God. He has been a devotee of the healing arts from an early age and carries light wherever he goes. Since his childhood, Aaron knew he wanted to be a healer. Ananda began his massage practice even before graduating from high school, when he started taking night classes at the Boca Massage Institute. Aaron went on to study at the FL College of Natural health, completing a degree in Health Science, and specialized in neuromuscular therapy. He also became a certified personal trainer through NSCA.13 years later Aaron has logged over 7,000 treatments, worked alongside doctors, chiropractors, and other healers, taught in massage schools, world class spas, and other wellness centers & yoga studios. Aaron is also a dedicated yoga teacher and has been teaching for the past 9 years. He began his yoga path by studying Hatha yoga through one-on-one teaching and transmission with his teacher Randy Martin, a direct initiate of Swami Muktananda of Siddha Yoga. Considering himself a vedic shaman and having a vast knowledge of healing disciplines, anatomy, and Vedic science, Ananda uses various techniques of his wide array of tools and modalities when working one on one with clients and students. Aaron added Vedic Thai Massage to his tool belt in 2005 when he met Mukti, instantly connected with the art, and began his study of Nuad Borarn. Aaron has been teaching with the Vedic Conservatory for 4 years and plans to live out his dharma by spreading peace, bliss, love and healing to as many people as he can in this lifetime, and sharing the powerful and mystical teachings and practices of yoga and Vedic thai-yoga massage. Aaron is also co-director of his company JAI Healing Arts, which is a partnership between himself and his beloved Jessica “Gayatri Devi Dasi,” also a VC teacher. Together they are a powerhouse of Bhakti, Vedic knowledge and yogic teaching, with the intention of spreading the blossoming seed of Nuad Borarn to the world.
